The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our 3.5" high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our 3.5" CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

The oil pan, located on the bottom of the engine block holds your engine's oil. In an effort to save money, Volkswagen and Audi constructed the factory oil pan on the 2.0TSI Generation 3 out of plastic. This creates a hazard especially if your car is lowered. One wrong move and you could find yourself with a cracked oil pan or worse a blown engine and thousands of dollars in damages. Even the oil pan on a car at stock ride height could crack if you can't avoid that debris in the road.

Spulen is proud to offer an upgraded turbo inlet hose for your MK7 GTI and Audi A3/S3. The factory turbo inlet hose is constructed of weak plastic that can collapse under increased boost pressure and eventually break apart over time. The factory hose also has internal ridges which disrupt air flow.
The Spulen turbo inlet hose is constructed of rigid 4 ply silicone that will not collapse, even under the highest boost pressures. Silicone is more durable than rubber and will not degrade or break down over time like rubber. With a completely smooth interior, the SPULEN turbo inlet hose allows uninterrupted airflow into your turbocharger.

The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel bent 2.5" aluminum tubing. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharge compressor housing and factory intercooler.
CTS Turbo MK7 Billet Torque Arm Insert Type 1 (2015)
CTS Turbo introduces the billet torque arm insert for 2015 VW/Audi MQB models. This insert is for vehicles with production date before Sept 27, 2015)
This billet insert is designed to reduce engine movement while shifting or accelerating. Insert effectively cancels drivetrain slop and movement and does not introduce any vibrations or harshness (even at idle or engine start).
The billet insert is made in house from high quality T6061 aluminum and anodized black for years of problem-free operation. The installation is simple, only requiring basic hand tools. Simply undo your factory torque arm bolt, insert the part and reinstall the bolt and torque to 74ft/lbs (100 Nm)! Simple as that.
Believe us, the difference in driveability and performance will be amazing.

Turbosmart's new Kompact Shortie Blow-Off Valve for VAG 2.0 TSI engines takes performance to the next level. These valves are a high performance replacement for the standard diverter valve fitted to the current 2.0 TSI range.
Unlike the standard valve's plastic construction, they are machined from aircraft grade aluminium, and bolt straight up to the factory location, offering all the technology from Turbosmart's race-bred BOV range in an OEM-replacement package.
The Dual Port offers a 50/50 split between recirculating and vent-to-atmosphere, for quiet operation at low boost, and the high performance sound associated with vent-to-atmosphere BOVs at higher boost. The Dual Port also recirculates enough air to keep the car's ECU happy.

Forge Motorsport Carbon Fibre Intake Kit for Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda 2.0 TSI EA888 GEN 3
After over a year in our R&D department finalising the design, fit and finish, Forge Motorsport are proud to present a carbon fibre intake for the latest 1.8 and 2.0 TSI EA888 engines. It combines a highly unique, desirable and attractive look with an ability to offer real-world horsepower increases. Although the VW/Audi group got their intake pretty good, we were able to force feed even more cold air into our intake by running it the full width of the slam panel, and exploiting the cold air ducts that VW/Audi put in from the factory, but don’t use.
The genuine carbon fibre is finished ‘dry’, meaning unlaquered, just like the carbon fibre you see in motorsport applications. This requires a higher quality fibre with no defects, and a higher attention to detail when the intake is manufactured. This results in a true premium product for your car which far exceeds other intakes at the same price point, and embarrasses those priced even higher.
It offers greater sound from the engine, particularly when on boost, and our product testers have reported a more responsive throttle too. The filter element itself is provided by Pipercross, and is fully serviceable or replaceable if necessary. In our testing, it was the only filter type that was able to offer adequate filtration to the engine, whilst still being capable of flowing enough air to offer an increase in horsepower and torque.
The kit comes complete with everything you need for installation, which can be carried out in around 30 minutes, including a set of full colour instructions.
