Set of 4 plugs. Iridium coated spark plugs are designed to last just as long as platinum coated plugs, but at a lower cost. They also sometimes give a boost in performance. These plugs can be used as an OEM plug replacement on the 1.8T and 2.0T engines, provided you have upgraded your coilpacks to the R8 coilpacks (see our other listings). These plugs require more power as the gap is larger and they are a higher resistance than the OEM plugs - but this leads to more power from your engine! They will work all the way up to Stage 2+

VW has encountered a problem with the FSI camshaft and cam follower that could lead to damage to your engine's cylinder head.
This small part can play quite a big role in your engine's well-being. It conveys the movement of your camshaft into power for the high pressure fuel pump by riding directly on the camshaft lobe.
If it becomes worn to the point of breaking it can cause permanent damage to the camshaft, fuel pump, or both. It could also send metal particles into your cylinder head which can cause damage to moving parts. Without replacement, it is common for followers to have holes worn through them.
Replacing this follower as a form of preventative maintenance can save you from spending even more money and time replacing your fuel pump or camshaft from damage caused by a worn follower.

PERFECT MAF SCALING
Your MK6 Golf R ECU uses the MAF (mass air flow) sensor to calculate how much fuel is needed when idling or driving. When the diameter of the inlet pipe or MAF sensor location is altered it can lead to check engine lights (CEL) or a poorly running vehicle. If you have a CEL related to the MAF sensor after installing a new tune or intake, this could potentially be the cause.
IE has completely eliminated this issue by engineering the perfect MAF sensor placement and IE custom tube diameter. Unlike other 3 inch inlet pipe intakes available, the IE custom tube diameter ensures that the MAF sensor functions as the factory intended. This equates to the car running at it’s full potential and making the most power possible.

Vtech Billet PCV Revamp
Introducing the VTA Billet PCV revamp.
This revamp is designed to remove/delete the OEM PCV valve located on the OEM valve cover. The OEM PCV has a plastic pancake valve that with time and increased boost levels fails - in essence the plastic splits creating a nasty boost leak. Replacing with a factory unit again is $150+ from VW and ultimately on a tuned car will fail again.
Our PCV Revamp removes this issue entirely, deleting the plastic OEM PCV and pancake valve - replacing with a CNC Bullet valve cover plate.
No longer will one have to worry about this common point of failure.

Dynodrome Fuel Pressure Release Valve - 165 Bar
When a specific pressure is exceeded the pressure regulating valve allows fuel to escape from the high pressure fuel rail. If the pressure release valve has gone bad, then it can cause low fuel rail pressure which results in fault codes, lose of power, and a high risk of melting a piston within the engine . This Part is a great upgrade from your stock 2.0T pressure regulator valve which has an opening pressure of 130bar. With an opening pressure of 165bar you will be able to delivery more fuel to your 2.0T FSI engine giving the ability to make more horsepower.
This is for big turbo applications mostly!

Forge Motorsports Oil Catch Tank System for 2.0 Litre FSi Vehicles with a Charcoal Filter Installed
Excess crankcase pressure is vented from the crankcase through the PCV system, where it is drawn into the intake manifold and returned by the engine. This recirculated air contains aerated oil from the crankcase which is burned by the engine. Turbo charged engines often draw significant amounts of oil into the engine through the PCV system.
This oil catch tank system removes aerated oil so that it can be drained and recycled. The kit is suitable for intallation to the 2 litre FSi engines such as in the VW MK5 Golf , MK5 Golf Edition 30 and SEAT Leon Cupra (not for engine codes CCTA CBFA).
The kit is available in two versions, as in different geographic locations these vehicles are fitted with a charcoal filter, located at the front of the engine bay (on the left as you open the bonnet). This version comes WITH a charcoal filter.

Vtech TFSI Runner Flap Delete
The VTA Runner Flap Delete is an upgrade designed to remove the restrictions within the factory intake manifold which are caused by the Factory runner flaps.
The factory runner flaps are designed like a throttle body flap to open and close within each intake manifold runner. Even when they are opened to maximum position, they still present as an airflow restriction on the TFSI engine.
The runner flap delete removes these and replaces with a CNC Billet piece to fill the void, removing the restrictions and in turn allowing better flow!
Please note - you will require your car to be tuned otherwise deleting the runner flaps will introduce an error and subsequent check engine light. We can offer a tune for those located in Melbourne.
